Return Policy


We accept returns on all products purchased through our website including on sale items. 


 If you decide that the purchase isn't quite for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to ask to return your item(s).


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


You must pay for the label to return the item. Upbodee is not responsible for paying return shipping.


To initiate a return, contact us at We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGES (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If your product is damaged, you may be asked to send us a photo or video proof of the damaged item(s) as well as a brief description of the damage.

We offer free return of damaged, defective or wrong item(s) without additional cost to you.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or exchanges needed for the correct sizing.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at 


REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned product and you will be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. You will be credited the price of the item including any tax, but not including the original shipping fees, if any.


Please note that there will be a processing time by your credit card company or bank for the refund. Kindly contact us if you do not receive your refund after 7 business days.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We shall not be responsible if your item is lost or undelivered.
